Missions at First Winter Park

Grow deeper. Live connected. Follow Jesus.

The trajectory of our discipleship approach at First Winter Park is to release every member to be on mission to their friends, neighbors, and co-workers.

Towards that end we are strategically partnering with several local non-profits, pregnancy crisis centers, NAMB church planters (like the on in the video to the left) and IMB, Cru, Navigators, and other missionaries to see The Gospel proclaimed and believed all over God’s creation.

“The gospel is not just the illustration (even the best illustration) of an idea. It is the story of actions by which the human situation is irreversibly changed.”

– Lesslie Newbigin, The Gospel in a Pluralist Society

“Mission exists because worship does not.”

– John Piper, Let The Nations Be Glad
